G. Omar Valdes started his new field of work on June 8th of 1987 working for Hill Fan Company in Miami, Florida at the age of 21 years of age. He was hired to answer the phone lines and process sales orders. He was immediately perplexed by how interesting it was to be able to understand how commercial fans would function for so many different types of applications. Within a few months, Omar was promoted to a plan and spec estimator where he achieved vast experience working from construction plans and then was promoted to officially being an outside salesman in Dade County. In the last 36 years, Omar made a career being a salesman in the HVAC industry and 18 of those years being able to open Precision Ventilation & Associates. We have a plan and spec department for new construction, we specialize in retrofit jobs, and we design and furnish warehouse fans for any type of existing application. We stock axial and centrifugal fans, grilles, diffusers, linears, plaster frames, and cable-operated dampers. We have a great team of bilingual sales personnel that is ready for your HVAC needs.
